Easy key collection and good central location.

Very uncomfortable night's sleep. Shower disappointing (not power shower) And no hot water. Spoke to host about problems with hot water and were advised to check the fuse box. Had to get out of the shower every few seconds to trip water back on. Very uncomfortable mattress and most plug sockets don't work.

Very, very, very disappointed people who see these need to be aware not to stay here crack Den would be an understatement the main door was hanging off it hinges after refusing to stay here. The owner said they would process my refund now I am chasing the refund. He is now ignoring me properties and people shouldn’t have the privileges of been able to use Booking.com.

Very poor charge me £112.50 ignoring me for my refund as I did not stay at the property booking.com if you read this you need to really remove this property and this person for poor communication

I didn’t even stay the night nothing had been cleaned the bedding had marks all on it the shower had peoples hair and shampoo bottles in there the table was not cleaned it had old food all over it the tv didn’t work you couldn’t get no signal and there was no WiFi, the hallway to get into the property wasn’t good there was beer cans all over, there was rubbish bags and clothes all over the hallway, there was yogurt up the walls, there was no luxury with in I paid £112.50 for one night I wouldn’t of wanted to pay any more than £30 if I was actually going to stay, I left after been there 20 minutes it looked like because it was a late booking they hadn’t cleaned it and just tried getting my money, I came all the way from Luton with my partner, I’ve had to sleep in my car that night, there was nothing lush about this apartment

Awful you double booked so I drove 4 hours and we had no where to stay I would like a refund immediately!!!! Absolutely atrocious!!!

We attended the property for a New Years Eve celebration, where we had booked the Bridlington Spa for the evening. The accommodation was was boked and paid for 6 months previously. We had previously tried on at least 8 occasions, over the previous 2 days, to contact the owner, by text, email and telephone calls with no reply what so ever, We turned up at the propery and spoke to the lady in the gift shop below, to find that the flat had already got occupants in and they had been there for several weeks on a long term basis?? This was confirmed by a neighbour and we again tried to contact the owner with no gain, but were advised by him, through a 3rd party, to claim our money back through Booking.com, because it was their fault? We then, with great difficulty, had to find some more accommodation for that night, at nearly twice the cost as we originally paid, because of the special time and of year.
