The staff who prepared and clean our room as well as the gentleman who was all by himself doing all of the morning cooking and the evening cooking in the restaurant were phenomenal. They were so friendly and did the best that they could. The infinity pool overlooking the pitons were gorgeous. We had it all to ourselves at times. The location was easy to drive up to as we rented our own vehicle and we felt safe the entire stay. The pricing was good for the area. The garden room bed is comfortable and they offer free breakfast every morning, which definitely was a plus!

We booked a king luxury room, but upon arrival, they said it was not ready or available so they gave us a different room. I was a little disappointed for not getting the room that we wanted. They tried to make it right by giving us a two story villa. The two-story villa bed was rather stiff and uncomfortable, and the dogs that are right outside the room barked all night so it was hard to have a good night sleep.

The best thing about this property is definitely the location. It’s in a very peaceful and quiet area and beautify view of the pitons.

Unfortunately, the property itself felt quite dated and not very well maintained. The building appears old and somewhat neglected. When we checked in, we found hair on the sheets and pillowcases, which suggested the bedding had not been properly cleaned. There were also visible marks on the walls and in the kitchenette area, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The restaurant and breakfast offering were also below average and quite limited compared to what we anticipated.

The staff were friendly and the view from the restaurant is good.

1. Bed bugs!!!! 2. The room we booked was meant to have a balcony that overlooked the Pitons. On arrival we were told the room had water damage and they need to put is in a different room; we later discovered that this in face just occupied by another guest. 3. The replacement room had no view and was filthy; the bed had been made but the sheets had not been changed and clearly had stains, hair and dirt on them. The toilet seat also had urine on it. 4. We were told that there were no clean sheets available. We were then put into a replacement (replacement) room. This was even smaller and was just as filthy,. 5. The new room had bed bugs, cockroaches and was extremely dated. To compound mattes there was no noise attenuation and snoring could be heard through the ceiling and through a losely fitting door adjoining the next room that was behind the bed. 6. There was severe leak and water was pouring through the ceiling in the bathroom and drained into the bedroom. Also when the neighbouring room turned on the bathroom light, it lit up our bathroom and woke us up. 7. The toiletries were used or left by other guests 8. The mini bar was empty (not even water). On arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could be get a beer and were told that we would have to take a taxi into town ($15usd each way), in fact we could have gone to the on site restaurant 9. At breakfast (which was quite nice) I asked for a second cup of coffee but was told that this was outside the scope of the hotel breakfast voucher. 10. There as no safe and the door handle to the room was lose and did not feel secure.

The location was outstanding, the infinity pool was heaven. I liked that so few guests stay there, it didn’t feel crowded ever. There’s only a handful of rooms. Felt like we had to place to ourselves often

It could use a good sprucing up. It was nice having a little kitchenette, but it would be helpful to have a knife big enough to cut a pineapple. The independent restaurant needs an overhaul.

Great location! It was $1 million dollar view! It was conveniently located to many beaches, providing you have a car. The included breakfasts were appreciated since there are not any other restaurants within walking distance .

No hot water for showers! The room itself was spacious, but lacking in basic amenities such as hair dryer and kitchen supplies. The bathroom was dirty and even when we asked for maid service, it didn’t get cleaned. There was a palm tree obstructing our view from the room balcony, so the view of the Pitons could only be seen from other areas of the property. Poorly lit at night, could use some lighting on the road since it is very uneven. There were two pools; one was unusable due to algae in the water and the other pool closed at 5:00. There were no umbrellas for shade and not enough loungers for all guests. The whole place was sadly run down and unkept. It’s too bad, because it has such potential for being a four or five star accommodation!

The location and views on the property were the best in the entire island. There are no words to describe how incredibly beautiful the views are. Our two room 2 bath accommodations Rooms 9 & 9a were very spacious. We were right beside the owners house with the infinity pool. Our beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. We had a nice view from our patio.

The property is very aged and not well maintained. If it were better taken care of the prices would probably be triple. The owners have at least two German shepherds and they bark and sound like they are fighting other dogs off and on all night long and into the early morning. If we didn’t bring ear plugs we would not have slept at all. Our main bathroom was very old but functional with a huge walk in shower. The second bathroom was kind of gross and no one wanted to use that shower. It really needs to get ripped out and replaced. The staff at the restaurant are not friendly in the slightest and boarder or rude. The food was decent. The main office is in shambles inside with garbage laying around like someone had considered construction years ago and gave up and left everything there. The chairs at the pool were useless. They are probably 40 years old no joke and when you attempt to lay down on them you are just laying on the steel bars. Very painful so it was not possible to lay there and enjoy the pool with the million dollar views they are completely unusable. This was so disappointing!
