Main Street Studio and Rooms

Location

We slept literally in the street during the first night! We booked 3 nights in this accomodation during June and while the owner knew our arrival time (around midnight) and he confirmed self check in, he failed to provide us with the key. After searching the keys for hours and trying to reach them with more than 20 calls, we gave up and went back to the car to spend the night. It looks like the owner has many rooms, but keeps all keys in one box only, so the person who checked in before us, got our key as well! We found out about this the next morning. During our stay there, we never got the actual key for the room (only the spare) meaning that at any point the other guest had access in our room!!! A month later, we are still waiting for a refund. The receptionist' attitude on Sunday was appalling and she even blamed us for not booking another hotel for the night. Note to the owner: don't be CHEAP, buy seperate key locks for each appartment, they cost less than 10 euros...

The room itself was small but cozy. The location was pretty much just around the main street of the city which was Ideal, we were a bit worried the place would get loud at night but in our case it was not at all. The AC worked well and the curtains did a good job at keeping the light out and letting us sleep in the morning

The shower water pressure basically more than halved when you would set the water temperature to be hot. You had to shower with almost no pressure at all unless you took your shower cold. The sink was clogged We found a bit confusing to find the location for check in as first since it was in the office of a traveling agency.

I found it a little difficult to find but my Croation friend helped me. More for a short stay but would recommend

The location was in the center of Zadar, very easy to go everywhere, and also the communication with the company was very good, they recommended us free parkings to leave the car and replied immediately every time I asked something

There were several flaws in the apartment, a broken blind could not be lowered, the high chairs did not work and were kept low so you could not eat at the high table there, the sink was totally clogged, and they also had a sign indicating that any damage to towels with, for example, makeup, would be fully charged, however, one of the towels in the apartment was broken. As soon as I wrote them they provided us new towels.

Perfect location. Everywhere are just few steps away. Clean and comfy. Cool AC. Perfect for summer months👍

Nice location.

Bad sound proofing. Poor drainage in bathroom. I thought the room was upgraded as it said via booking reservation. But it is not.

The location was great but at the same time not so great cause it could get noisy in the morning

The window in my room didn't close properly and I asked for assistance and no one came to fix it or try to fix it

Very convenient location in the old town. All necessary equipment was provided.

The bathroom sink was clogged. Didn’t affect my stay, but it’d be good to look into that for future travellers :)
