Staff are very rude and condescending

Not a darn thing

I left early another person there was freaking out I had to leave and was not able to stay it smelled like cigarettes they didn't have the room I paid for they made me have a room up stairs it was dirty blankets and sheets and all around a shitty situation they basically got me and I paid for the night of the stay had to talk to the police and left the facility.

The bedding was dusty. The room heating was ineffective. . The bathtub drain plug was broken and the faucet leaking. The bathroom towels were laughably small. There was no hair dryer. There was no breakfast offered. The second night the upstairs tenants were fighting, cursing , crying and slamming doors throughout the night. There was no one to answer the phone or respond to messages for assistance after 10 pm. The shouting started again after 7 am. There was no one at the front desk for our check out at 8:30am. I did not receive a receipt for the expense. I did not receive any response from my messages asking for assistance. My child was very distressed. We went to our event exhausted. I will not return to this location.
