Cris Inn Tagum

This is 3rd time of experiencing the same problems: 1. We always request a room with good Wi-Fi for work, but even though they have vacant rooms with good Wi-Fi, they intentionally put us in rooms with bad Wi-Fi! This is the 3rd time they've done this! 2. So when were tired from the hospital, and recovering from operations, etc., we have to go back downstairs and transfer rooms. 3. The front desk clerk is unkind -- It's almost as if she is intentionally being evil and rude, she doesn't smile and isn't polite and doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. She will give you a card to a different room with better Wi-Fi, but when you get there -- the door card doesn't work, so after you're tired and weak from the hospital, you have to go downstairs again and let her fix the room card key, and then go back upstairs again. 4. Also, they will sing and laugh almost non-stop while you are doing something serious and important -- it's not a karoake bar -- It's a hotel lobby. I hope this front desk clerk can learn how to do her job properly. 4. Unfortunately, this is one of the best places to stay in Tagum. So, it's VERY Disappointing!!!

During first and second day of they charge nothing for food room service. But on the 3rd day onwards they charged as additional 50. Without any information prior to deliver.

The staff were great. Accommodating, helpful and happy people.

For a generally new-ish inn, the room looked worn in. And there was a stench, smelled like sewage especially around noon. I had to buy a room perfume otherwise it felt like i was staying inside a toilet.
