It was close to the village and water front …… it was a wellness Center so had thermal pool spa massages

2 out of 3 staff on reception could not communicate as did not know any English …. Dining area 1 person could communicate a little

room was big enough and so was the double size bed. location was also good.

average age 75.... hotel was everything but "grand", and does not really deserve more than 3 stars

The staff was exceptional -- the kindness and attentiveness of the staff (from the pool life guards and barmen, to the front desk staff) was a 5 star deluxe.

The hotel was indicated as a 5 star -- there is NO WAY this was a 5 star hotel. The room was small, there was black mould in the bathroom, the bed was awful -- bent in the middle, woke with a sore back every day. The BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL. There was eggs, but not bacon, instead of bacon HOT DOGS! The coffee machines were horrific.
