"Scomodissimo, per quanto abbiamo pagato, la qualita’ resaci e’ stata pessima. Da non ripetere o consigliare!!"

Buona possibilita’ di usufruire del parcheggio Attenzione pero’ se si arriva la domenica , apre alle 19.30 . Non ci era stato comunicato . Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore. Ambiente ben climatizzato e buoni letti.

Entrando ho avuto una buona impressione ma mi sono dovuta presto ricredere!! Ho dovuto pulire il filtro della doccia da capelli ed altro., dato che si intasava l’ intero piatto. Bisogna dormire con la porta del bagno chiusa altrimenti l’ odore della fogna diventa nauseabondo. C’ e’ una vecchia moka , e senza adattatore per il fornello … niente caffe’. Niente per una prima colazione. Niente microonde , bollitore per il latte e tantomeno una caffettiera utilizzabile. Cucina sprovvista di ogni necessita’ . Sembra un cartonato con nessuna funzionalita’ . Solo bella da vedere.Lavatrice (rudere post bellico) 450 giri, rumorosissima e perde acqua. Devi ricordarti di svuotare le taniche d’ acqua del condizionatore altrimenti allaghi i piani sottostanti.(al nostro arrivo erano gia’ all’ orlo) Spalliera del letto rotta, benche’ avvertita la struttura non e’ stato fatto nulla.

The facility is in a very good location and the parking options are excellent. Spacious, large apartment that is nicely decorated.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the facility. It's at a low level...I hope the owners will fix it so that the impression of the apartment is perfect. Also, the toilet smells very stale air + sewage, so it's really not pleasant. At one point we walked barefoot from the room to the toilet and our feet were black.

teribble smell from shower from first moment till the end of vacation floor in apartment was realy dirty, also both of floor on balcony there wasn ´t any equipment for cleaning…:( whashing masine doesn ´t work owner didn ´t want to solve any from this problem! wall between the apartment´s are very thin and the neighbors very noisy till early morning hour (2:00/3:00am) also elevator is very noisy and is next to main bedroom
