Das schrecklichste, was wir auf Sri Lanka erleben mussten. Die Fotos entsprechen in keiner Weise dem Zustand des Apartments. Im Badezimmer ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette, eine Dusche, keine Ablageflächen, die Handtücher vergilbt und schmutzig.Im Schlafraum gab es keine Möglichkeiten, irgendetwas abzulegen. Die auf dem Bild sichtbare Hängevorrichtung funktioniert nicht. Wenn man nur ein Hemd dran hängt, sackt alles nach unten zum Boden. Das schlimmste war aber, die Rezeption befindet sich im Lokal und es hat ewig gedauert bis jemand kaum, obwohl wir angemeldet waren. Dann mussten wir zweieinhalb Etagen nach oben klettern.Die Treppen waren extrem steil und die Tritt-Fläche sehr schmal, dafür aber circa 20 cm Höhe pro Stufe. Das können vielleicht junge Leute, aber für ältere ist es extrem gefährlich. Wir blieben eine Nacht und sind dann sofort am anderen Morgen ausgezogen. Natürlich mussten wir die Nacht bezahlen. Zusätzlich hat der Vermieter auch noch vor Ort beim einchecken Geld für irgendwelche Obskuren Abgaben von uns zusätzlich verlangt.

It is on the beach and is very near to all the main attractions in around the area. The food was spot on, very good quality and presentation

Could improve a lot with the cleanliness of the rooms. And did not like the fact that a waiter come up to the room and knocked on the door to ask me if I had eaten a pizza that day and if I had paid, the staff should be more attentive to this kind of things and specially not go disturb guests. Like how can you forget if someone you served ,ate a specific thing or not

No iron, very noisy place, entrance very narrow and hidden, narrow stairs, no hot water, linen and Towels not changed for 3 days , insisting on paying upfront

Doors locked with a cheap pad lock. If i had known I would have brought my own lock. Room needs a few more power points, to boil the kettle on the ground next to the bed.

Location was excellent, value for money

How the location was closer to everything we needed.

Staff started knocking on our door since 6am to tell us, they cannot accommodate a late check out even though they agreed to that earlier day before. Also, the bathroom was a complete disaster from the shower not working to mirror falling down the frame.

Nothing as from the start they tried to give a lower graded room

Tried to give cheaper room When in right room the roof leaked so it flooded room , and we asked for buckets .wasnt moved to another room till morning The next morning not up graded to another room but down graded to a room that only had 1 plug socket,, had ants and pests in room that if you used kettle would blow the fuse and we had to find fuse box ourselfs to get lights and electric back on in room. We asked severl times for it to be fixed but fell on deaf ears saying it would even after talking to owner. It got so bad my girlfriend fled to another accomadation as she was getting so upset and frusered that they wouldnt take our worries or concerned with how dangers the electric was. My girlfriend spent the last 5 remander days of our once in a life time holiday in another accomadtion. Where l didnt see her till the day we come home at the airport
