Nagyon jó helyen van a lakás és viszonylag csendes. A fűtés nagyon jól szabályozható klímával. Mindennel felszerelt és tökéletes egy fő számára, kettőnek talán kicsit kicsi.

engem zavart hogy nincs sötétítő az ablakon és egy külső lámpa bevilágított éjszaka. Egyébként minden mással elégedett voltam.
