Отличный хостел. Вчера приехал в хостел. Администратор сам лично вышел и встретил меня и помог мне с багажом за это ему огромное спасибо. Не ожидал такой реакции от администрации. Вода тёплая, кабинки чистые, кровать мягкая. Если прилетите в Узбекистан именно в город Ташкент, то мой вам совет. Заезжайте в данный хотел и вы будете чувствовать себя как дома

"Hidden Fees and Attempted Overcharging"

Based on my experience traveling through 39 countries, I encountered one of the worst accommodation experiences of my life at this hostel while traveling along my Silk Road route. ​My stay began when an Uzbek friend of mine called the hotel directly to get a price outside of Booking.com and brought me here in their own vehicle. I had just arrived from out of town, exhausted and drained. However, on my very first night, around 11:00 PM, I was met with staff running through the hallways, talking loudly, and bursting into laughter alongside some foreign guests. There was absolutely no etiquette, no rules, and no boundaries. ​Since I didn't know anyone, I initially expected someone from management to intervene and warn those making the noise. But I later realized that the main perpetrators of this noise were the hotel staff themselves! A staff member named Armağan was making a racket while talking to female guests, shouting from a distance, and laughing loudly in groups as if they were throwing a massive party. The receptionist named Şahsenem was also a full participant in this behavior. ​When I expressed my discomfort and asked, "Who is running this hostel?", they became highly offended by the fact that I complained and stood up for my rights, simply because the ones making the noise were the employees themselves. I only continued staying at the hotel because a Turkish musician friend was also staying there and there was a kitten on the premises. However, the noise continued every single day without interruption. The staff showed absolutely no respect to paying customers; they would spend the day sleeping in the lobby or lying down disrespectfully with their feet up on the reception desk. Because they slept all day, they would turn the place upside down in the middle of the night. They possess absolutely zero sense of customer satisfaction, courtesy, or hospitality.

"Despite some negative issues we would stay there again - the room and area were great."

Room was big, comfortable and bright. Shower was good and we liked having one in our room. We really enjoyed staying in that suburb as there was good access to Metro stations, supermarkets, a produce market, coffee shops and eateries. The hosts were happy for us to hang around the hostel and even take a shower before we left for an evening train which was appreciated.

It was a bad start as we arrived at night so we arranged an airport pick up with the hostel and even reconfirmed the transfer and then no one showed up. The staff ‘forgot’ to let us know the car broke down a few days earlier so we sat at the airport not knowing what was going on. Frustrating and they didn’t understand why it was a problem. Cleanliness was really poor for a few days then a cleaner seemed to arrive and it got much better.
