Great location

No heated towel rail but we managed ok and limited hot water but we managed

The views from the window were amazing, we moved the table to buy the window which made breakfast, spectacular. Similarly, the view with a coffee from bed was great, and we both miss it now that we have left

The mattresses were not great and not as comfortable as one would expect what with the standard of the rest of the apartment. Both had gotten old..

The property was very clean, comfortable with perfect views

Uncomfortable beds plus I didn’t realise how noisy the Seagulls can be at night

A stylish, contemporary apartment with wonderful views over the Estuary.

I had a shower and it went cold on me although wasn’t in there for long and as a result my friend was unable to shower. I believe it wasn’t the first time it’s happened.

The accommodation was clean and well organised and would have been a great place to stay if not for the issues undernoted. The area was amazing and not too busy this time of year

Firstly we were not advised that the balcony window would be cover by scaffolding. And under health and safety for scaffolding it was not mushroomed off and at night i caught my face on the poles and there was no safety pads surrounding it and the boards rattled a lot as if it wasnt fully secure. Overall spoiling what would have been a beautiful view. Second the shower only supplied hot water for less than 4 minutes and took over 4 hours to try again which is useless with 2 people staying. The hoover didn't work, there is an issue with it holding a charge so it couldn't be used and the spray mop didn't work either. There was no outside bins for the rubbish so we had to ask one of the residents to use theirs (who advised this was an issue with the flat leaving rubbish outside).This was a break as i lost my mother and had her funeral on the week of Christmas so after 13 months of being her carer for terminal cancer i needed a break so it wasn't a perfect break and certainly didn't seem like a luxury apartment at the time. Do not get me wrong apart from these issues the place was amazing

Terrific views of the river and sea. Loads of space. Fabulous location in the town with everything in east walking distance.

A bit tricky to find - signposting could be better. Driving to the property is necessary to drop off the luggage and then it’s a bit of a steep uphill to the car park.

Fabulous location. Clean Comfortable.

Parking was really poor. No terrestrial TV!

The location was excellent, with a fantastic view of the estuary.

The bed was too soft for my back, that would be my only criticism.
