Super Hotel O Jalan Regency

Everything. Except staff. Staff was good. Other than that everything worst. Hotel is in 6th floor. Lift also not working properly. Room are very small. N dirty. Washroom are so dirty. In Google map location also reflecting wrong

The staff was a little helpful. He gave me an umbrella when i asked during heavy rain.

The photos are deceiving. The actual hotel seemed very shady while going in. The room was cramped. I was given a matchbox of a room after I checked in, but i requested a change of room. They charged me extra for it whereas they didn't even mention the options on booking.com. The location is wrong. There is no specific Oyo Flagship Jalan Regency. It's Jalan Guest House, and cannot be spotted easily from the road.

The only thing, I liked about this property is the location.

Except for location, I did not like anything. few of them, I am highlighting 1. The room was so Small 2. Proper Ventilation was not there. 3. Ccelling height was very low. For a tall person, it's not a suitable room. 5. The same applies to the bed length. It's also small. 6. The Batharam is one foot above the floor, which I saw first time in any hotel. It's totally ridiculous, which again decreases the ceiling height. 7. Each room wall was separated by plywood, not by concrete. So sounds come from the other ends 8. The hotel is on the 6th floor, but the lift is available up to the 5th floor, so from the 5th to the 6th, you have to use the staircase. And finally, it's a 9. OYO hotel. My overall ranting is 2/10. This 2 is due to good Location.
