Waterfront Paradise on half an acre

I feel sorry for the host because I can see from the decorations they tried to make the place nice. However we had ants and a cockroach during our 2-nights stay. One of the showers broke so the 6 of us had to share one shower. There were spiders in the broken shower so probably nobody had stayed for long. Waterfront was across US-1. And seeing the water from across the busy street may be the only thing you can do with water. One bedroom and bath are in a room built behind the garage. We almost couldn't find it. Waterfront paradise is a HUGE over statement. Host stopped responding to me after me mentioning about the ants. Also didn't respond at all after the cockroach later. We did not pay the cleaning fee. We asked for refund and was refused.

The house was wonderful although it truly Needed some TLC and a better cleaning company. We were right on a major road so traffic In front and a train in the back was a bit noisy. The house itself was very comfortable .

Nice house. Very clean. I would stay here again.
