We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host - Luca was extremely accommodating and super friendly, Luca gave us some great tips upon check-in a. Communication was easy and straightforward. The apartment was very clean and super spacious (the photos don't really do this place justice as it's actually much bigger in person with a great terrace). The location (in our opinion) was perfect! The apartment is located 15 mins walk from the "main town square" which means that there is easy access but it's also quiet at night so you can get a good night's rest away from all the music and partying. In addition to this, you have a much quieter beach (Cala) near by which is a lot less crowded than the one in the main part of the town. There is a grocery store 10 mins walk which is perfect if you want to cook at home and save a bit of money on restaurants and eating out. There's also a rental at a petrol station near by where you can rent a moped and ride to the other towns nearby & explore. Overall, we had a superb experience and will definitely come back!

Luca was very kind and quick to offer us help with everything we needed.

The property was pretty much brand new, immaculate, bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Comfy beds and everything we needed. The patio was also handy to sit outside with a a drink in the evening and for drying towels after beach visits. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one, without a kitchen which was absolutely fine but I know there is a second one nearby if that helps bigger families who want to stay together. Luca, the host went out of his way to help us. Lots of information about the area before we arrived and even very kindly gave us a few lifts locally. He really was a star! The location was about a ten minute walk into the old town, an easy flat route and perfect to walk off the gelatos. We found lots of beaches nearby too- bring some rock shoes as it will make it easier to get in and out. The water was so lovely. The train station had regular trains which we used which made it a perfect base to explore the area. I genuinely can’t think of anything negative. I would come again and without doubt recommend this fab apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The beautiful balcony was a highlight, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The secure garage was also a huge plus, offering peace of mind for anyone traveling by car. The location was quiet yet well situated for exploring the area. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, clean, and well-equipped place to stay!

Spotless clean, shower pressure was really good, fully equipped kitchen, spacious apartment,convenience of the lift when you got big luggages, washing machine comes handy, large balcony with a side seaview, took us 15mins stroll into old town, fairly new built property and most of all the host LUCA will do above and beyond to make your stay a pleasure 1000% customer service will definitely stay again.

A nice, clean and comfortable recently new build apartment with a big balcony just a 2 min from the motorway and 15 minutes walk to the very ancient and lovely city, Polignano a Mare is a true gem. The host is very helpful and friendly, he owns the apartment. Beaches, and all the places you want to visit are in the proximity. Restaurants nearby, local supermarket is a 5 minutes walk. Nice kitchen, shower, bed and even a washing machine and a private parking garage in the basement, to be locked. Best appartement we ever stayed in, we prolonged our stay, no need to travel further, this feels like home!!!

Beautifully updated top floor apartment with a great balcony overlooking the property and a corner view of the sea. Private parking was a big benefit for our rental! Loved the shower, mini fridge, and coffee. We thought the location was perfect - away from the crowds yet still walkable. We walked along the sea walk, which takes you to the heart of Polignano a Mare. The host is awesome 👌 Answers any questions very quickly and is very helpful with recommendations.

We thought we were getting 2 bedrooms, but the 2nd bedroom was still being finished and locked from use. In the end, it worked out fine. There's a coffee shop / bar across the street, which was hugely convenient for us, but the clanking of bottles being thrown in the trash can be loud at night. Not a biggie though. We still highly recommend!

Excelent apartment, at 15 minutes walk on seaside from historic center of Polignano. Everything is new, clean, and confortable. It has all facilities a turist need, including dish and laundry washing machines.We had even coffee and sugar in the kitchen. The underground parking is private and safe. The owner is very welcoming, nice, and helpful. Hospitality is his middle name. Everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend as a good location for holiday.
