Удачное расположение: центр, не так шумно как на первой линии, рядом пляж, кафе, магазины. Хорошие завтраки. Соотношение цена/качества.

Не хватает лифтов, три это мало. Закрытые окна. Что бы открыли окно, нужно попросить персонал открутить саморез в окне.
