1 Bedroom Apartment with Parking in Melton Mowbray

I have stayed at this property several times and am very happy with the apartment. The description provided by the host is accurate and honest. The property has everything you need and would expect from a self contained apartment. Private off road parking is available for one vehicle and the property is a short walk from the town centre. The property has central heating and all the mod cons you would expect. The positioning of the microwave oven isn't ideal but there are good reasons for that. The double bed isn't huge but as a lone stayer, it isn't an issue for me.

Everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The flat was warm cosy. Comfy bed. Private parking place. Very convenient for the centre of Melton and extremely convenient for the Round Corner brewing company!!

Definitely good value for money. I would recommend. Location was great and all contact prior to staying was easy and efficient. Everything we needed was available & the shower worked really well. Free parking is always a winner & appreciated. Thanks

My comment do not stop me recommending & I would stay here again. The kitchware all needed a quick going over before we used it. I am fussy - especially with my wine glasses. The bed is very comfy but a bit on the small side. The oven seemed a bit tempremental (temp wise) but improved over the week so maybe it was user error (!!) Only on leaving did I notice the picture frame by the door with WIFI and other information in it. Maybe that info could be sent in the welcome text or at least advise of the picture frame. I agree with the other reviews that the microwave is unsafe where it is.

Toilet unclean and didn’t flush properly also the shared entrance was not a good first impression

Great value and a fantastic location, everything you need for a short stop to look after yourself and your family.

Door code locks were a little temperamental and it wasn't clear how to login into the wifi.

The host was excellent - the getting in directions were clear and everything in the apartment is high qualityn. Because of work we arrived late and he responded quickly to questions at 10pm!! When it was found that the hairdryer had been taken by a previous guest he immediately bought and delivered a new one

The directions were clear and the property was easy to find. The property was clean and close to town. The hosts were easy to get a hold of. Lovely space to stay in for a couple of days.

The toilet didn’t flush very well and there is a little bit of mould in the bathroom. The curtains aren’t blackout so it does get bright early due to it being summer.
