The Stay Company, Whitefriars House

Was in a great location, right at the square. The apartment was very nice and had all the facilities you need. It was also very good value. The check-in instructions were very helpful, and it took no time at all to get into the apartment.

Everything i needed for a short stay, good location. Super useful having a washing machine, especially as they supplied a couple of capsules for it. Very good value, would stay again

Quite loud at night as there are some live music bars on the street below. The lock box is a bit dodgy, when i opened the keybox to return the keys at the end, it took a long time before it finally worked, and then 2 boxes sprang open... So i could have taken the keys to another apartment if I wanted...

Lovely apartments and amazing location!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Check in was easy.

It was extremely noisy, and then there was a fire alarm which went on for over 2.5 hours. Staff on the end of the phone had absolutely no idea what to do, and no one came out to the property for 2.5 hours.

The property is located near the city centre, just a few steps away. The self check-in was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and comfortable, big enough. Our bedroom’s windows were not on the street side, so even if the night life is a bit loud we had no problems with the noise.

Maybe the heater was a bit too high, we didn’t know how to turn in off. There was a noise in the kitchen like a fan, we didn’t know how to turn it off, but fortunately we had a door between the rooms so we just closed it.

Logisticamente perfetta: letteralmente di fronte la fermata dell'autobus skiylink che va e viene dall'aeroporto al costo di 3 sterline (tra l'altro comodissimo, disponibile 24 su 24 7gg su 7). Doccia molto spaziosa, cucina equipggiata di tutto il necessario, stanza pulita e letto comodo. La zona è centralissima piena di locali, pub, ristoranti e attrazioni.

Purtroppo a causa di un locale appena sotto e la strada trafficata, si sente molto forte la musica e vociare fino a mezzanotte-l'una (in dotazione ci sono dei tappi, lodevole e non scontato) quindi è da tenere in considerazione per chi soffre i rumori. La tv è posta di fronte il divano, se potessi consiglire l'avrei preferita fronte letto. Nella stanza c'era un odore di cibo orientale ma dopo un po' non ci si fa piu caso. Si tratta comunque di piccolezze, tornerei sicuramente e comsiglierei a chiunque l'alloggio.
