Vey helpful staff. Hotel style and decor are a charming holdover from the 1970's. Room is small but very comfortable and had everything it needed.

Free airport shuttle.

Nothing to complain

I just needed a room for the night because trains started too late for my morning flight. So the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was the typical small room in Japan. It seemed clean, but I lost something under the bed, and found a lot of used tissue and dust bunnies with my headphone.

フロントの方や運転手の方はとても親切でよかったです。

駅や空港までの送迎があるのがかなり助かります。スタッフの方々も親切に対応してくださいました。 また、早朝のFlightの時に利用したいと思いました。 ただ、レストラン迄の道が暗くて少し怖く感じましたので、一人ならお弁当持ち込みが良いように思いました。

i like how convenient it is when it comes to their facilities, i can borrow a bicycle for free, the place is clean and comfortable, also they do have a free shuttle going to the airport, its worth the prize..

外国人観光客の団体客が朝食中に少し騒がしくなっていた中で、スタッフの方がおかずを1品持って来た時にごゆっくりどうぞと言ってくださり、嬉しかったです。
