Great location, 2 -3 mins from supermarkets, bars and restaurants and less than 10 to the coast. Ana was very responsive in answering questions and very helpful when we arrived early. Spacious, comfortable apartment with facilities as advertised. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

If being really picky, another armchair would be great but the table has seating for 4 anyway. Other than that, all good.

Perfect is the only word for this property. Right in the city center, one of the friendliest property owners, THE MOST "COMPLETE" FLAT possible. You will find , fully furnished kitchen with stove,coffee machine, oven and dishwasher and a Washing machine , feeling cold in the washroom pull a string and you have heat , in the hall you have an AC , the room has blankets and a big tv. Upon opening the door the super Generous flat owner has also kept some boardgames in a box. I even once felt like not going out in split but rather enjoy in this cozy flat. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Excellent location and well-equipped property. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only thing to be aware of is that the city is all paid parking (in lots or on streets) but the prices are very reasonable, albeit challenging to find a spot at times. The accommodation has everything you will need. The one thing that would be a nice addition is a towel rack or hook to hang towels on in the bathroom, but that’s obviously just a nicety.

Ana gave me a lovely welcome and was flexible with check in time to suit my flight. The apartment was charming: clean, beautifully presented with everything thought of. Great central location but nice and quiet. It exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it as a perfect base to explore the amazing city of Split.

Not a very appealing entry way to the apartment. The apartment just need minor repairs on the floor and the kitchen sink. We had to turn on the AC and closed all of windows and shutters (no screen) because of mosquitoes & dust from nearby constructions.
