I really enjoying

Absolutely loved the room. Wasn't too big. Small and cosy and as soon as we came out we had a whole terrace to us with privacy. We had a picnic and night and it was beautiful. The staff were super sweet and hospitable. They welcomed us warmly and made sure we got comfortable and everything we needed I feel we would always come back to stay here if we visited again I absolutely loved it.

The breakfast was good but could be a slight better may be a little warmer.

The ambiance and the cleanliness was so good,and the complimentary breakfast was also good.

Very poor service

Hotel staff was very bad

This was a bad experience. They refused the room because we did not make the payment. I made the booking from outside the country for my wife and daughter. I had provided a local number. They had sent a mail, which didn't come to my attention until very late. They could have called on the local number and I would have made the online payment immediately. Literally my family was stranded at night in the unknown city. It was a nightmare. The staff at the hotel didn't care at all and made no attempt to make an alternative arrangement.
