Detailed Review of Le Poshe Suite, Pondicherry I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Le Poshe Suite in Pondicherry. This establishment fell far below any reasonable expectations for a hotel or suite, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Service and Staff: The service was utterly unprofessional. The staff at the dining area were unhelpful and indifferent to guest needs. Despite making an advance payment, we were given a poorly located corner room with no proper ventilation, air, or light. Moreover, the manager displayed unprofessional behavior, attempting to build an inappropriate rapport with us and even asking for tips in advance on behalf of the cleaning staff. Such conduct is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Room and Cleanliness: The room we were given was far from what was promised online. It was dimly lit, and there was an open sewage system nearby, resulting in an unpleasant smell. During our stay, bedsheets were not changed, and no fresh towels were provided. The overall hygiene of the property was severely lacking. Kitchen and Facilities: The listing misleadingly advertised a fully equipped kitchen. However, upon arrival, we found no utensils or cooking stove. This was a major inconvenience for guests expecting basic amenities for self-catering. Breakfast Quality: The included breakfast was of extremely poor quality. Two of the meals served had hair in them, which was absolutely disgusting. The lack of hygiene and attention to food safety standards was evident. Complaints to the staff about this issue were ignored, leaving us feeling frustrated and unheard. Misleading Marketing: The images showcased online painted a beautiful and inviting picture of the property. In reality, the property was run-down and poorly maintained. The stark contrast between the advertised luxury and the actual experience felt like a deliberate attempt to deceive visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was both sufficient and delicious. The manager was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, it was definitely worth the money.

The staff is extremely rude and money minded they will reach out to you to get money . Pay 50% even before staying and then once done without informing will change your dates. The. When you reach out will not help at all 😞
