Unhygeinic cockroaches in room and bathroom. No Showel Gel in bathroom.

Absolutely terrible state of affairs. They overbook and then refuse to let you in the morning

We were turned away even though we had a confirmed booking citing no rooms left at 5AM in the morning not I had informed that we would be reaching at 5am in the morning.
