"Was a good location to stay for our first trip to the Cotswolds but found the accommodation could use a purge and a ha"

The location was convenient for day trips . Walking distance to more than one grocery and multiple restaurants. Beds were clean and comfortable. Convenient free Parking.

Described as 2 bedroom but 2nd bedroom not suitable for adult couple as had room for only the double bed. No laundry on site. No instructions provided as to where to find towels when we arrived. and Insufficient towels, dish towels and cloths provided for 2 couples. As well no paper towel (and only 1.5 rolls toilet paper provided for 4 adults so had to buy for our stay) No guest info book with checkout procedures such as where the units garbage ,bottles should be left or what to do with used towels and linens. Being from Canada we had never seen the door locking system and struggled to unlock and lock the door when we arrived but between us managed to sort it. We understood the apt. would be modest in size but it would DEFINITELY benefit from a thorough purge of non useful and personal items. Bathroom shower head holder and toilet paper holder need repair.

Lovely apartment, with parking , close to town and food outlets. The most amazing host we have had on our trip, brilliant communication, responsive to queries and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

"DO NOT GO HERE"

Owner did not show up when we arrived, and he did not know we would come when we called him. We had to wait until he sent us the entrance code. We never saw him. The appartement had not been cleaned since the last guest left, so we had to clean the appartment ourselves (renew sheets & towels, etc).
