L’hotel è molto vecchio e le pareti sono sporche. C’è molto rumore sia all’interno dell’hotel che per strada, soprattutto durante la notte. Il servizio della reception è stato molto scadente. Il personale parla con gli ospiti come se fosse costretto a lavorare e come se non gli piacesse il proprio lavoro, dando l’impressione che la presenza dei clienti sia un fastidio. In particolare, un receptionist di nome Sami. Quando cercavo di parlare con lui, non mi dedicava attenzione perché era occupato a guardare una partita. Inoltre, in un’altra occasione, stava litigando con una donna e usava parole volgari davanti a me e agli altri ospiti dell’hotel.
