Hotel Borivali Executive - Near Borivali Railway Station

Location was acceptable for the purpose of my visit. Easy to get taxis and autos from here. Also close to a metro station. Staff was very helpful with a late check in and accommodating the flight delays in the late night.

Overall cleanliness can be improved. The sheets and towels were not washed / fresh, the bathrooms smelled strongly of mold which was also clearly visible. Does not meet the expectation of a hotel with a 7+ rating.

The property charged an additional 12% since I was paying by card.

Nothing At All.. More over, someone wrote a review using my Name and photograph saying its great property, EVERYTHING LIES. I stopped using Booking.com since then..

Everything in the Hotel, The room was so stinking that I fell sick the next morning.. I have to jump over the dirt and debris to reach my room.. The ceiling was broken, lying on the floor, the taps were leaking and so on.. and I read all the reviews before booking, they all were fake, just like i found someone wrote a review on my behalf, all the reviews must have been written like that. I was cheated by booking.com

Not clean and more expensive.room not clean and towel smelling...not as per expectations...do not recommend...

I stayed here for Four day I like the property very much calm and quiet atmosphere good view from the room. And the staffs behaving is appreciated. The food is also very nice totally I enjoyed my stay and National park Near By from the but it's worthy.i recommend this property for all nature lovers

The hotel location is very convenient and Near National park Borivali East . It is a perfect hotel fo any corporate traveler as connectivity to all hubs is good. The cost is justified by the amenities and rooms the property provides. I shall definitely stay here in future.
