Location is far from the chawk bazar & Mall Approx 1 km.

Breakfast was superb. It includes Idli, poha, puri, chola batura, bread toast, sandwich, cornflakes, juice, payasam, fruits, tea. Breakfast like a king. Too good and tasty

Distance from Darjeeling Mall is little far...

The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Although I couldn't see the view of Kanchanjungha due to clouds during june. I'm pretty sure it would be clearly visible during the winter.

It was quite far from the Mall road. Around 20 mins of walk. Some may not prefer to walk that much.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was informed that my room was no longer available because they had sold it to another guest for a higher price. This caused me to lose money, waste time, and ultimately ruined my kids' holiday. The hotel also looks nothing like the pictures online – it’s much smaller and less appealing. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience overall.

It was good overall

Faced a very hard time at check out. Even though the entire bill was paid in advance they kept asking for payment. Since the booking was a gift to the couple staying they were delayed by half an hour in figuring this out with the staff. In the end we had to show proof of payment and transaction from our bank account after which they could confirm. This kind of spoiled the entire experience of the stay.
