Staff behaviour and service was excellent, The room was clean and comfortable.

1 First of all a fully vegetarian hotel which is not mentioned on the website, if you are non vegetarian then you will not get much options for lunch dinner and you have to walk 1km to have lunch or dinner because there is no restaurant available beside the hotel. 2. Location wrongly updated in the Google or map it's showing besides summit Swiss but it is located 300 mt up from summit Swiss. From hotel to main road it 1km and walking is the only option due to one way road. 3 in the menu card lots of the options for Bengali food but nothing is available in veg apart from the aluposto. 4 break fast options are so less. Poha alurdum was testy.

Spacious rooms, clean, and hotel location fine. very energetic and helping manager Mr Tenjing , Thank you Q Saina for great hospitality.

Distance from the mall.

There was bad smell coming from the room. And the ventilation system of the rooms are the worst.

ites location darjjling very well decorated ,power backup, great food services , food quality was at par with any 5 star or even 7 stared hotels . but keep it up
