Riad Bahja Fez

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti al Riad Bahjia di Fez. La struttura, pur avendo delle potenzialità e una bella terrazza con splendida vista, ci ha delusi rispetto alle aspettative e al punteggio eccellente che avevamo letto. Gli ambienti sono datati e, sin dall’ingresso fino alle stanze e soprattutto nei bagni, si avverte un forte odore di muffa e di chiuso. Le colazioni, descritte come abbondanti, sono state invece molto limitate: solo pane, formaggini e marmellata. Un giorno mancava addirittura il latte per i bambini, il giorno successivo le uova. Va comunque riconosciuta la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare: abbiamo segnalato che non usciva acqua calda dalla doccia e che il condizionatore non funzionava, e hanno risolto prontamente. Nel complesso un soggiorno discreto, ma il punteggio eccellente ci sembra poco realistico rispetto all’esperienza vissuta.

Struttura fantastica, oltre le aspettative. Bellissima, curata in ogni particolare camera spaziosa e pulizia top. Qualità colazione eccellente Davvero consigliata. Lo staff disponibile e molto gentile, con un'attenzione speciale al cliente

Un lieu magnifique. Un personnel exceptionnel. Un petit déjeuner parfait. Le top du top!!

La ubicación

Las instalaciones del Riad son deficientes. Las puertas y ventanas de las habitaciones no cierran bien y hay grietas por la paredes. El baño merece comentarios aparte. La bañera era de pvc y estaba parcheada y con trozos levantados con el peligro de herirte un pie. No había cortina de baño y cada vez que te duchabas mojabas todo el baño. La cisterna del wc no funcionaba bien y siempre estaba con ruido. Las paredes tenían moho. La verdad entrar en el baño no era agradable después de un día caminando.. En general las instalaciones necesitan arreglos. El desayuno es súper escaso y de baja calidad. En este viaje nos hemos alojado en Riads más baratos y le dan mil vueltas. Por cierto, aunque en la web promociona que se hablan 4 idiomas (incluido el español) no es así. Hablan francés y sólo chapurrean inglés. Cuesta entenderse con el personal.

Our stay at Riad Bahja in Morocco was magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that made us feel instantly at home. The riad itself was stunning— authentic Moroccan architecture with intricate tilework, lush courtyards, and a rooftop terrace. Each room was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable for our entire family.What truly stood out was the personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, helping us arrange tours, recommending hidden local gems, and even accommodating our kids with thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco-especially families looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to return!

I don't know what to say except that this is the best Riad I stayed at!! I enjoyed the sun while tanning on the sunroof, stayed in the heart of Medina. Slept in a super comfortable bed and met people who are now my really dear friends , thank you Hanae for letting me feel like in my home. It was really beautiful, just like in the pictures.

Falta de limpieza y desayuno repetitivo y escaso

Good experience: Excellent location of the riad. Good food and good hospitality by Miss Hanae. She arranged for us a desert trip(2days one night ended in Marrakech) and it was very very good. The room was clean and there is also a beautiful rooftop. I recommend this riad to everyone who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality!
