Riverside Cottage with balcony and fishing jetty

Perfect in every single way the cottage,the facilities and the location. The owners communication was great and we even meet the cleaner who was a lovely lady. If your thinking of booking do it .

Easy to cook, clean and tidy Fabulous location and owners very easy to get hold of and accommodating.

Check out at 10 is a little early, especially with a late check in.

The location is amazing, with easy access to the village and fantastic views from the first floor and top floor bedroom. The property is well equipped and decorated to a very high standard, and the instructions provided ensured that we were able to access and lock up the property with confidence.

The stairs to the top floor are challenging for older people or those with mobility issues, and the sofa in the living area is very low and soft, making it difficult to get up from (especially the sofa-bed end).

Everything, we had a lovely relaxing weekend, a lovely property by the river.

Malt House Cottage is in a superb location. A quiet no through road ,but such a short walk to shops,pubs,and marina . The property has every home from home details and the beds are comfortable . Nice space for two of us in lounge and a table to dine or do a jigsaw !! Don't look any further I'd definitely recommend the Malt House

Fantastic property in a great location with a wonderful view of the river. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was great, we sat outside watching the boats go by. Easy walk into the centre of Upton with it's pubs and restaurants. We will be back.

Very well situated, close to shops eating out establishments. Excellent view from balcony.

Brilliant place to stay. Host put milk and biscuits out ready for arrival which was a really nice gesture. The house has everything you need. 5* service Thank you will be back
