The worst experience

I have pre booked for AC double bed room and paid the whole amount as asked by the website. But after reaching the Spot they asked for extra money as they have no connection with OYO or booking.com. I have paid extra money and then also got only a Non AC bed in the hotel. This is clearly unfair and cheating of your genuine customers
