This was my 19 year old son's first time away, alone, from our home town of Liverpool, England and the owners went beyond any circumstances to make sure that, after landing at JFK, he arrived, in their words, safe at their home. Even delaying, or possibly cancelling, a previous engagement. Myself, my ex-wife and our families will be forever in their debt for looking out for our boy. Thank you again.
