Hotel O Lawspet formerly Sejour De Comfort

Reachable on call..help in locating the room as google was showing the wrong direction.

1. The room was very Dirty. There were mosquitoes, foul smell was coming all the time from the room and it had dampened all over the wall. 2. AC was not working properly.. During the day it was taking 1hr to cool the room even after putting it in 16 degree 3. The bed sheet was not clean and it was torn in many places 4. There was a rat in the room and it was showing his brilliance when the lights were off due to which it was difficult to sleep 5. AC outlet water was all over the room. 6. The homestay caretaker didn't provide the basic things like towels and bathroom accessories, luckily I had taken my own soap to wash the hand 7. The blankets were not clean, itching started after use. 8. Google location is not correct Not a good experience.. never wrote such a disappointing feedback ever in my life till now, but after taking huge hotel charges at least we are expecting a basic hygiene room which was missing.
