Breakfast was fantastic as were the staff, room, views etc a really perfect place to stay!!

Great location with plenty of room for 3 friends on a bike trip. Ample parking available to.

It was just a lovely suite , 2 very spacious bedrooms , lovely big bathroom , the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet even on top of a pub snd the view from The window was a lovely little stream , really good value for money too

Enjoyed breakfast in our room. Usually go for Full English when in UK hotels but I enjoyed the continental breakfast this time. The fresh fruit was very welcome to take out with us during the day. We used the hotel specifically to watch stage 2 of the Tour of Britain. The location was perfect being able to watch the early sprint in Stokesley and then being able to get to Saltburn-by-the- Sea to catch more of the stage. The next day we had a very wet & foggy drive to Hutton-le-Hole to visit the excellent Ryedale Folk Museum. We also visited Staithes on our way home. Another foggy drive but it did clear up at the coast.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Wifi was hit and miss.
