Akama Boutique Đà Lạt

The room was filthy. The bedframe was covered in what looked like coffee, under the cabinets were thick with rubbish and dust The room stank of air freshener , which is obviously sprayed instead of cleaning. The toilet paper was wet and I had to go ask for more. The bathroom was dirty, tiny and badly designed so the shower sprayed water everywhere. No water or towels as in the description. I asked and was told it was not policy. The room is considerably smaller than the measurements given and the 'balcony' is a small ledge not even big enough for a chair that is accessed from a corridor down from the room. If you go out onto it, you get a view of all the rubbish on the roof. In the end I asked to leave and only stay one night. They wanted to mark me as a no show so I couldn't leave a review. Their dog chewed my van trainers which are now ruined. Location is very far from anything. The bed was incredibly hard. .

Pleasant staff

Restaurant next door blasting techno music from 9am to 10pm. Booked a room with balcony & TV, room didn't have either. Very limited food options in the area, restaurants next door are all Vietnamese BBQ places, expensive, with no English menu or English speaking staff.
