Also messages should be responded immediately. there should be option for full online payment in advance through booking. come app

It is a very dirty hotel, with a thick layer of dirt everywhere. The corners are moldy and the general smell is musty. Water was kept in a portable container in the floor landing, the cleanliness of the storage container and water was suspect. The site said pet friendly and we spoke to the hotel representative who confirmed that they allow pets. The reception clerk insisted on extra payment for pet. No plates, glasses or spoons were available in the hotel food was ordered from a food delivery aggregator and consumed in the packing box. We were told the lift was not working due to rain. A hotel in decadence. Creepy place.

I paid the property The Sky Imperial Hotel Yahvi, Vadodara, India, a sum of INR 1669/- in advance for a service which they knew they could not provide, and yet they pushed me with a midnight phone call to make the payment  !!  The hotel had no electricity and it was unreachable due to  knee deep water outside the hotel.  Yet they insisted that I pay them and withheld the above information.  After advance payment, When I called them the next day to confirm the booking,  on direct questioning they confirmed the above information  !! This is completely unacceptable and dishonest !! They refused to refund the advance payment and offered me a voucher to be used within 1 month !! DISHONEST PEOPLE !! WOULD NEVER STAY AT SUCH A HOTEL !!
