The place has been recently renovated, and more facilities and amenities have been added to enhance the overall experience. The place now has a spacious olive garden all around with a space for BBQ and traditional tea gatherings. The stay was a truly authentic experience, offering all the comfort and charm of a traditional home. I would definitely recommend it for families and larger groups as well as solo travellers, like myself. The dining options are a little limited in Umm Qais, but you can ask the host to arrange for a local breakfast or dinner, and it would be delivered to your doorstep. The host is very hospitable and would guide you to all the nearby attractions of Umm Qais.

ahmed was friendly and communicative on whatsapp even before arrival. his brother hisham was my host and he is quite wonderful. the house is lovely and the front patio area is delightful. anything i needed was provided. the food was excellent. really enjoyed my stay immensely

Clean, quiet, at 5 min by car from the ruins. Nice balcony. Tasty traditional breakfast. AC was working.

The space is spacious, an entire apartment is all yours with all the facilities. The kitchen is well-equipped with many traditional and international appliances. The view is the breathtaking skyline of Umm Qais, and you have a terrace to enjoy sunset tea or morning coffee with it. The host is very friendly and always around to make sure all the requests are met. Location is very close to the historical part of the city and you can enjoy daily 15-20 minutes walks to it.
