Хозяин говорит по-русски, ответственный, заботливый, всегда на связи. Расположение прекрасное - 2 минуты от моря. Квартира маленькая, но в нашем случае (мама с трехлетним ребенком) подошла идеально. Удобная двуспальная кровать, ванная комната, кухонька (электроплитка, электрочайник, микроволновка, холодильник), есть балкон, стиральная машина, кондиционер, телевизор. Надежный интернет. Нас снабдили посудой, сменным постельным бельем и полотенцами. Сам дом - шикарная многоэтажка для ботатых. Внизу консьерж, есть детская игровая комната и гимнастический зал. За домом большая автостоянка.

Немного недоставало посуды, особенно для готовки. Советую хозяину добавить еще две-три кастрюльки разного размера, крышки для сковородок, какие-нибудь миски (тесто смешать и т.п.). Неплохо бы прибить по стенам несколько крючков - вешать одежду, полотенца. Впрочем, крючков в съемном жилье почему-то всегда не хватает.
