"Disappointing"

House has a good rest zone in the main house with two big sitting zones. It is a good place for playing some board games or listening music. Apartment has a good sauna.

House and furniture itself is super old and dirty. One shower is leaking and has a very unpleasant smell. The biggest disappointment - main house is NOT located near the water AND it is super expensive.
