A1A Brownwaves

My family really enjoyed staying at Brownwaves. Its just a few min walk to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds and pool.

The owner clearly was interested in making sure we felt at home. They thought of everything. They had extra towels and sheets. There is a crab trap and tennis rackets. It was the little extra touches that made the trip. The walk to the beach was super short and the pool was lovely.

The property’s location is absolutely perfect for any traveler, family or single! It’s located right near everything!! Short drive to town for groceries and not far at all from most of what St Augustine has to offer. We’d never been before, but we absolutely look forward to coming back! And will 10/10 stay at this location again.

Great location, great price, had everything our family needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Loved the short walk to the beach, the tennis courts, and pool. Beach goers started thinning out in the early evening, felt like having your own private beach.

The tub needed some anti slip stickers. The first shower of the trip almost resulted in an accident. Afterward we were cautious getting in and out. Same with the bath rugs, they slid all over the floor. Not many good restaurants within the area, had to travel for meals.

Close to Crescent beach and we could come back and swim in the pool too.

Nothing really. The glass door latch didn’t catch and needs to be fixed.

This place was perfect for our stay. The pool and tennis courts was great, it was nice having the ocean on one side and the river on the other. The host was very helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we went back.
