Super Small Micro-Treehouse in the centre

My husband and his best man stayed here for the concert. Loved the location, everything was nearby in a walking distance - Križanke, train station, the city centre and a great pub next door. They coresponded with the owner very easely!

There is no air-conditioning but a fan. The bathroom is below ground level and not easely accessible.

La communication inexistante avec l'hôte... Heureusement que nous avons croisé la femme de ménage pour avoir les infos Attention appartement collé à un bar restaurant avec de la musique du matin au soir ... Très mal organisé sur 3 étages très petits pour aller à la salle de bain bon courage il y a une trappe et c'est très étroit pr descendre ... Voir dangereux

Süßes kleines Haus, wie angegeben, ist es wirklich klein, aber besonders für Alleinreisende super. Die Lage ist toll, man ist sehr schnell bei allen wichtigen Punkten in der Innenstadt.

Die Bar nebenan hört man wirklich sehr, aber nachts wird es dann irgendwann ruhig, und sosnt gibt es Ohrensstöpsel für empfindlichere Menschen.

Cerca del centro, facilidad check in y check out. Útil para 1 o 2 días como mucho.

- La casa en sí es bastante incómoda, para ir al baño hay que bajar por una trampilla, la cocina muy simple y tienes que lavar los platos en el baño porque no hay agua, algunos desperfectos menores. - Hay una terraza de un bar justo pegado a la casa, lo que se traduce en ruido hasta tarde y olores como tabaco.

Zentrale Lage

Direkt über der Kneipe, einzige Lüftungsmöglichkeit zur Kneipe, Zigarettenqualm und Lärm bis in die Nacht. Extrem muffiger Gestank aus dem Bad, das ein Loch im Keller war. Unsauber. Küchengeräte funktionierten nicht. Überteuert.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer hat für eine Nacht in Ljubljana perfekt gereicht.

Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht einwandfrei.

I think the low reviews here are unfair. Nothing is hidden before you get here so if you don't like what's on offer then book elsewhere. It is small and quirky and you can't really fully unpack a large suitcase; the steps are awkward...but I got to like it and it can feel cosy. A short walk to the centre. The bar next door serves great beer and the music does go off at 10, so why not go for a pint and enjoy it ? It's fine for 1-3 nights.

As above but you get used to it, so embrace it.

Overall location was really good, you can park a car quite close (but it's payed). Bar next door, very convenient.

It was so hot that we couldn't sleep at all. AC was on floor 0 and it wasn't working well enough to allow us to sleep, and it was so lound that i was waking up 10 times. We had a 8 day trip with various sleeping places and this one was the worst for us. Sorry. Toilet entrance is extreme - only for young and brave.

Es ist wirklich super gemütlich und einfach mal was anderes. Hat auch was romantisches. Man kann den Fluss entlang in die Innenstadt spazieren, was super angenehm ist. Es ist ein Ventilator vorhanden.

Als wir dort waren hatte das Lokal nebenan geschlossen. Es kann allerdings sein dass es am Abend etwas lauter ist wenn es geöffnet hat. Das Badezimmer ist über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht, wir fanden es cool. aber ist vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas (:

Super cool and unique stay. Located close to the main city center.

The bathroom situation was horrible and stunk like dirty garbage. They didn't have an aircon as advertised they did bring me a fan but was very disappointed. The ladder to bathroom is held on by nails and screws that have split the wood and didn't feel safe at all.
