It was all good

Just cheap hotel.

The front desk staff that night was courteous, but I was quite disappointed with the service. It felt as though I was being forced to go outside late at night just to withdraw cash because their POS system wasn’t working. I only had 1,000 pesos in cash, which was intended for the deposit, and no one informed me ahead of time that I would need to pay in cash. This lack of communication and preparedness is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. --- The rooms are definitely not soundproof. I could clearly hear noise from outside the room, and even worse, sounds from outside the hotel—especially loud cars and noisy motorcycles. It was very disruptive and made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This was extremely disappointing and not what I expected at all.

The room was cozily designed, modern and comfortable. Close to BGC.

It really would not cost anything for the hotel and it would help the guests a lot if we could leave the baggage for a few hours with the reception after check-out.
