GBThis apartment is absolutely beautiful and was spotless on our arrival. This is one of those rare rentals that look even better in real life than in the photos! Cristina is an amazing host, responding quickly to any questions and thinking of every need. There was everything we needed in this apartment, tea, coffee, loads of toilet rolls, cleaning supplies, spare key etc. Cristina has created a document with information about the flat and restaurant recommendations which she sent prior to our arrival and there is a printout in the flat along with maps and tourist information leaflets. While lockboxes are convenient for 24 hour arrivals it's actually quite nice to meet your host in person as you do here, it feels far more personal. The apartment is in a great position, a very short walk from the town centre, although to be fair Ravenna is not very big. We arrived by train from Bologna and never felt that we needed a car. We came to see the mosaics, Dante's tomb etc and nowhere was more than 20 minutes walk. I would love to come back to stay in this apartment and try spend more time in this beautiful town.
