USWe stayed in the "Magenta" apartment. The whole building appears to be new or recently remodeled so appliances, fixtures, furniture, etc. are all new-ish. The apartment was well equipped with AC, a European-style clothes washing machine, a gas cook top, and a refrigerator. Parking was easy, with a driveway right at the base of the stairs to our front door.
The Magenta apartment is small overall, but definitely livable. It's on the second (top) floor (Europeans call this the first floor) so the roof line of the building intrudes on the ceiling height. The bedroom has a European queen size bed which was a little small for us, but that's just because we're used to an American king bed 😂 Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, but it worked well and kept us ice cold for the night.
