部屋やベッドは清潔で、食事も朝食には全く問題ありません。

強いて言えば、大浴場に行くまでに外に出ないと行けないのと、行き方がちょっと分かりにくい

用意してくださっていたロケーションが良かったです。 22時に到着しましたが、フロントに居てくださり、スムーズに案内してくださいました。 朝食もお味噌汁がアツアツで嬉しかったです。

朝食のパンの種類がもう少しあったら嬉しいなと思いますが、パンが食べたい方は近くの喫茶店などに行くのもいいかもしれません。 室内の照明が薄暗くしたり、微妙な調整が出来たら嬉しいです。

I was able to book super last minute as I missed my train from Nagano to Myōko. Luckily the reception allowed me to check in very last minute and after midnight. Breakfast option was great! The staff helped me to get a taxi to Nagano Station the next morning. Very helpful and kind.

There was only a smoking room option and it smelt not great but to be expected.

Clean and super accommodating staff. Good breakfast.
