Нужно иметь ввиду, что от озера к дому не легкий подъем в гору по каменистой дорожке. Есть автобус, но ходит не очень часто.

Definitely a 10/10 place to stay on Lake Como! The apartment exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos - very spacious, well-maintained, with a modern bathroom and a breathtaking view from the little balcony overlooking the lake. The Smart TV was a nice touch for watching movies and series on popular streaming platforms. Although there’s no air conditioning, the provided fan was perfectly sufficient - we only needed it in the evenings, as mornings were cool and airy with a pleasant breeze through the open windows. Self check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided by our host, Davide. We traveled by car and never had any issues finding a spot in one of the two open parking areas, which are located opposite each other (you can set “Addio Monti Parcheggio” as your destination). Both parking areas are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by train, keep in mind that the station is down the hill and carrying luggage up the steep steps might be challenging. Walking up via the road is also an option, but there’s no sidewalk, so you’ll need to be careful and move to the side when cars pass. About a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment, there’s a small grocery store, “Alimentari Perledo di Paganin Valentina”, with everything you might need for a short stay. For dinner, I can totally recommend “La Veranda dei Pescatori” down the hill - the food and atmosphere were fantastic! As for the area, I think Varenna/Perledo is one of the best places to stay around Lake Como - we found it even more charming than Bellagio or Menaggio, where we spent a few hours during a ferry trip (though this is, of course, just personal preference 😊). A must-see nearby is “Orrido di Bellano e Ca’ del Diavol” - a stunning natural gorge, formed 15 million years ago, with fascinating rocky walls and waterfalls. It’s located in the town of Bellano, just a short drive away.

It’s a very cute apartment and has a great view. The pics I posted are views from the bed and the balcony. The communication with the manager via WhatsApp was great!

There was no fan, despite the description saying it did have one. It was so hot, we were freezing wet towels in the morning to take out in the evening and basting our bodies with them throughout the night.

A beautiful view and beautiful home. Host was very patient and helpful.

The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. Fit four of us well. The host was helpful and very responsive. Gorgeous view.

Difficult to get to with luggage due to the bus not running. Also didn’t know there was a walking path until we started our trek down to town. Could not find an uber in the evening, so make sure to have a taxi number beforehand to get back up if it’s raining like it was for us. The host helped us book a taxi the morning we left bc it was still pouring rain.

The view was absolutely stunning, and Davide’s service and communication were exceptional. The place exceeded expectations and was even better than the photos. The view from our room was just great! Highly recommend!

If you’re traveling by car, be aware that while there’s a nearby car park, it fills up quickly. We were lucky to have friends with a dedicated garage to use.

Amazing view, very nicely renovated and has everything and anything a family of four would need. Even olive oil and salt, sugar, detergents etc.. The host was very helpful and informative along the way of our stay.
