Lay out, location, up keep of the site, cleanliness, facilities

No TV in bedroom, curtain required at the side of the door entrance for privacy when you walk out of the bathroom as it faces onto the courtyard where other dwellings are

"Brilliant, just what we needed and wished it could have been longer."

Curtain on window on entry requred, no privacy between bathroom and bedroom when you only have your underwear on in the night! Or when coming out of the shower. Shower thermostat difficult to control,and becoming dangerously hot.

We had a lovely stay at The Old Stables, the court yard was lovely with its array of plants and table and chairs, we had no problems getting in to the property, location was close to Sewerby Hall, Bempton Cliffs and the Manor Farm cafe and shop. The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would highly recommend.
