Location, furnishings, cleanliness and comfort.

There was no mention of an additional tourist tax payment at the time of booking. For a 6 day stay, we expected the towels to be changed at least once.

First of all, I would like to say that the owner, Davide, is a very kind and friendly person who assisted us with everything we needed. The room is newly furnished, the bed is excellent and the bathroom is wow! There's also a balcony, which is very convenient! For sure, our next trip to Bologna will take us back to Calari Rooms! Grazie Davide!

Everything about this apartment is 10/10! If you have a chance to visit Bologna stay here. Host is a great guy!

I liked the location, the neighborhood, we felt very safe , the room was clean, nice and the bathroom it's bliss! They really put an effort and it shows and we appreciated it very much. The coffee, the sweets, water & great communication with Davide!

The building was modern, as well as the flat, it was clean, there were all the facilities that we needed. Coffee, tea, water. And a very kind owner. I recommend this place.

There wasn’t such a thing.

Τhe room was new , clean , well made and fully equipped with kettle , espresso coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom was big and impressive. Davide the owner was the most friendy and helpful person he had coffee capsules, tea and sweets for the guests. The route to the city center is short and pleasant with a large choice of food and drink. I wish all hotels were like CALARI ROOMS - AFFITTACAMERE and all the hotel owners like Davide. THANKS for the most pleasant stay. (Davide See you in Crete for the best summer vacation of your life.)

Our stay was short, but we really loved and enjoyed the apartment! It was very beautiful and modern with a spacious bathroom, you can tell that it was made with attention in detail! There was a coffee & tea machine and some snacks for breakfast. Davide was a great host, very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was okay and even gave us suggestions for restaurants. We loved everything. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to come back!!
