Laneway too dark feel very unsafe walking at night Outdoor cushions have mould on them and the timber room had ants all through the bed my daughter was repeatedly bitten

Housekeeper was excellent and breakfast daily was great. I liked that host, once she found out a guest had broken wrist whilst stepping out of pool onto ice-slippery paver, came around to inquire. Great location.

Pity lawn not mown - especially around pool perimeter & gardens needed weeding. Pool top edging in water was blackened with dirt needs desperate clean. Pool tiles that have been replaced in water on steps are unsafe and so slippery. Guest (sober!) stepped out of pool onto paver on the grass and slipped breaking wrist - had to return to Australia for surgery next day. The tiles in main living are also dangerously slippery on a drop of water. This has to be addressed...and warnings given.

The beds were a little hard and the outdoor sun lounges were uncomfortable. They needed cushioning

Great organisation and communication from the Villa staff, someone was there to meet us on arrival and showed us through the Villa.

The lane way down to the Villa is quite dark at night, could do with some more general lighting for safety. Wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were always in groups but someone walking alone may feel uncomfortable.
