"Great little place for Airport stopover"

-On a quiet residential road and self contained. -Great little heater provided which heated the whole room for the whole evening. -7 minute drive to Luton airport. -Good value for money

-Bed was very soft but fine for 1 night

"Good stay in convenient location"

Good location, parking and facilities as described. The washing machine was a useful appliance for the property. Owners were polite and helpful.

Nothing wrong with the property but a tv on the wall would be a welcome addition to make it 10/10

I was genuinely surprised by how pleasant our stay was — it exceeded my expectations! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. What impressed me most was the exceptional cleanliness of the room — everything was spotless. A lovely bonus was the small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee, tea, and even creamer — all the essentials. These little touches make a big difference, especially considering that even many hotels either don’t provide such things or charge extra for them. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and more. The level of cleanliness and service truly felt like a high-quality hotel. The location is also very convenient — just a 5-minute drive from the airport. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely choose it again when needed.
