Sea View Hotel

The location is good and if you don t look for comfort, this could be a one night place

Not very clean, the bed sheets were kind of dirty. The bathroom is not great a lot of insects

Nada que ver las fotos publicadas del hotel con la realidad. Las sábanas, almohadas y paredes estaban sucias, no había mantas y tampoco mosquitera, por lo que dormir fue incomodo por los mosquitos.

Convenient location, friendly staff, ac and hot water, fridge and lots of options for food within a few steps. I’ve stayed here several times on trips to Colombo and it’s good value for money.

Maybe a beside light would be good.

On arrival met the very friendly owner who led me to my room. A kettle, coffee and tea, two bottles of water were welcome. Several nearby restaurants on the coast road. A very popular vegetarian restaurant, one that specialized in burgers, a coffeehouse across from the hotel. A/C at this price was great during the hot summertime.

It's a low cost hotel room with a partial ocean view. I could nitpick but the staff friendliness and the fully adequate room was perfectly fine for my needs on an overnight stay. To put it more simply, nothing I didn't like.

I got such a good last minute mid week deal on hotel that I almost expected it to be too good to be true.. was pleasantly surprised with my room! Clean, comfy and just like the pictures. The staff were super helpful too, anything I wanted or needed they gave me, including help with my cases and luggage storage, extra water and so on. I extended an extra night. Location was very central and easy to find.

Hotel was near the sea and railway station. staff was polite, Hotel doesn't provide breakfast, however, there are few restaurants are nearby.

The staff was not available for receiving the guest in the early hours of morning

Wonderful, helpful and courteous staff. Location very convenient and the ocean across the road is a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
